This is a Phillips 4307 reel to reel, tape recorder, made in 1969. It is kept
in good vintage condition for its age. There are visible signs of use. It is
not tested, but given the cosmetic condition of the recorder it is probably
working and functional or needs some small refreshing repairs, like belts or
something.
